The cooling water pump of the turbomolecular pump was damaged and now cooling water of turbomolecular pump is connected with cryogenic pump's in series.
 
Due to the heat generation of the turbomolecular pump is very low, it won't lead to an obvious increase of the cooling water's temperature. So the step that connects the cooling water of  turbomolecular pump with the cryogenic pump's in series is feasible.

The reason why vacuum often lost has been discovered.
 
    There are several accidents that the vacuum was suddenly lost with the sustainment of both cryogenic pump and ionization pump. The gas pressure unexpectedly increased from 7E-5Pa to 1E-1Pa. The ionization pump then was self-protected. The cryogenic pump didn't stopp working but the surface was covered by frost.

The circular water system of the cryogenic pump can no longer do the work of refrigeration again.
 
The system began to fail to operate from a moment in this afternoon. When the cryogenic pump was turned off at about 5 o’clock this afternoon, it is found out that the temperature of the water is so high that even can burn our hands. Due to the outgasing of the inner magnetic probes, the turbomolecular pump operated for a whole night. But the vacuum has been obviously improved.
 
When the probes were connected with the vacuum vessel, the pressure of the vacuum stayed at a value of 2E-3Pa. Even if the valve was shut down, the pressure still fell at a very low speed, which resulted in the continuous operating of the turbomolecular pump. Power supply of the assistant electrodes has been examined and the plasma current signal has been resume normal condition.
 
The false behavior of the power supply of the electrodes seemed due to a possible reason that the momentary charge led to the output error of the voltage comparator 339. When the big contactors were replaced by the purified power supply, the false behavior was removed. But actually this is not the ultimate method to solve the problem. At that moment, the signal of the plasma current was credible....

Inner probes have been installed and connected with the vacuum. But the pressure of the vacuum rose steeply.
 
Although there is no evidence to prove the existing of leakage, the pressure maintained the value of 1.4E-3Pa, which was considered at the value of 9E-5Pa before installation. It seemed that enamel-insulated wire and Teflon became the source of gas.

It was found out that the pressure of the vacuum was abnormal in this morning.
 
 It was found out that the pressure of the cryogenic pump was 0.4Pa, the one of the vacuum was 3.6Pa. The surface of the cryogenic pump was covered with frost and the pump was still operating. The cryogenic pump was moved to a shelf with a height of 2 meters and began to pump gas.
 
 A refrigerator is used to cool the turbomolecular pump. The circular water system, which originally did this job, now is operating on cooling the compressor. Till now it is working normally. The temperature of the cryogenic pump has declined to 12~13K.

The cryogenic pump began to operate. The microwave negative high voltage power supply now is controlled by optical fiber.
